Terms of use
Last updated 22 September 2026
These terms apply to the Half-Space Pro website and app. Using them means you accept the terms.
Who provides the service
Half-Space Pro is provided by BitMountain AI LLC, 3366 Mission Olive Pl, New Hill, NC 27562, United States. Contact: hello@halfspacepro.com.
Who may use it
You need to be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, use it with your parent’s or guardian’s permission. One person, one account; do not share your account with anyone else.
What the product is
Half-Space Pro teaches football tactics with lessons, practice and friend duels. The pitch is a model: distances, timing and runs are calculated by our engine, not measured in a real match. A score says you met the objectives written for that exercise. It is not a claim that your idea is the only right answer in real football, and it is not coaching, scouting or betting advice.
Accounts, guests and duels
- You can accept a friend’s invite and play as a guest. Starting a duel, asking for a rematch and keeping your history need an account.
- A guest session lives on one device. Reinstalling the app or clearing its data can lose it, so create an account if you want to keep your results.
- Both players answer the same positions. Your decisions are locked when you send them, scored on our server, and revealed only after both players have finished.
- An invite that nobody accepts, or a duel nobody finishes in time, simply expires. It is never recorded as a loss.
- We may change duel content and rules for new duels. A duel already under way keeps the content and scoring it started with.
Fair use
Play it as it is meant to be played. Do not try to read answers out of the app or our servers, automate play, create accounts in bulk, or use another person’s account. Display names are visible to the people you play with: keep them clean and do not impersonate anyone. We can suspend or remove an account that breaks these rules or that is used to harass someone.
Paid features
Today everything in the app is free. When a paid membership is introduced, its price, what it includes and its renewal and cancellation terms will be shown before you buy. Purchases made inside the app are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms, and refunds go through the store you bought from. A paid membership will never change duel scores, the moves available to you or your chance of winning.
Our content and yours
The lessons, exercises, text, graphics, engine and software are ours and are protected by copyright. You may use them for your own learning. You may not copy, republish, sell or scrape them, or use them to train a model, without our written permission.
What you create in the product — your setups, decisions and display name — stays yours. You give us permission to store and show it where the product needs to, for example showing your decision and score to the opponent in a finished duel.
Availability
This is an early product. Features can change, and the service can be unavailable for a while. We do not promise a particular uptime, and we may change or discontinue parts of it. If we stop the service entirely, we will say so with reasonable notice.
Limits of our responsibility
The product is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or personal injury.
Ending it
You can stop using the product at any time and ask us to delete your account. We can suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if we have to for legal or security reasons.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, and disputes belong to the courts there. If you use the product as a consumer in another country, you keep the protections of your own country’s mandatory consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the last change. For significant changes we will tell you in the app or on the site before they take effect. Our privacy policy explains what we do with personal data.
